My phone had one of the camera lenses missing and was quite grubby going into the store 😅 The ladies on staff (this particular Tuesday night) were helpful and got me a good deal with a new protective screen cover, fashionable case with mag safe charger - adaptor stand and a new camera lens as well as a lens protector - along with a thorough clean 🧼:)

I recently stopped by StarPhones in Parramatta, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been through a few screen protectors before, but none compare to the one I picked up here. Absolutely brilliant Service! I stopped on the way and asked five people which shop was the best one —- I kept going around in circles and getting lost, I wasn’t doing market research!!! —- everybody said this one now I know why! First thing you did was explain what wouldn’t break and what woodwork second thing you said was don’t buy now. If you’re not not sure you can buy it online and the third thing you did was show me how I could charge my phone and hook it up in my car using a magnetic strip which was much better than the one I already have, was how I could charge up a phone in my car for the passenger and the fourth thing was to show me a cable that has a magnetic grip on it so that I no longer keep snapping cables that will end up in the ocean killing dolphins. Simply the best!!!! thanks guys.

The customer service is great and always reasonably priced. We have had many phone screen replacements and they offer a 3 Month warranty which is awesome. Highly recommend

Picked up a new case, screen protector, and lens cover for my iPhone 16 from Star Phones Shellharbour. The service was excellent — they even replaced the lens cover for free after I accidentally broke it a week later. Everything was done on the spot with no wait time!
