Warranty Claims for Repairs

• Repairs are warranted only for the parts and labour listed on the receipt.
• The warranty is void under the following conditions:
• Physical damage to the item (accidental or otherwise).
• Liquid damage (before or after repair).
• Repairs or attempted repairs by third parties, including the customer.

Service, Labour, and Booking Fees

• Service, labour, and booking fees (ranging from $59 to $259) are non-refundable in the following cases:
• Change of mind.
• Incorrect service selection.
• Devices with pre-existing issues or water damage.
• Fees are only refundable if we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time (2–4 weeks) and the fault lies with us.
