Return Policy

Returns:

If you change your mind, we don’t have to give you a refund. But if there’s a big problem with what you bought, you can ask for a new one or get your money back. The new product should be the same kind as the one you got. The refund should be the same amount you paid, in the same way you paid. We might think about how much time has passed since you got the product. We’ll consider:

  • What kind of product it is.
  • How you’re probably using it.
  • How long it should reasonably last.
  • How much you could use it before it breaks.

For Major problems with services, you can cancel and get your money back or ask for money back if the service wasn’t as good as what you paid for.

What’s a Major Problem?

A product/service has a big problem if:

  • A problem would’ve stopped you from buying it if you knew about it.
  • Many small problems would’ve stopped you from buying it if you knew about it.
  • It’s very different from what you saw or heard about.
  • It’s really not right for its usual use and can’t be fixed quickly.
  • It doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t be fixed quickly.
  • It’s not safe.

 

Refunds Taking Too Long:

If you didn’t get your refund, first check your bank account. Then, talk to your credit card company. It might take time for the refund to show up. You can also talk to your bank, as they might need time too. If you still didn’t get the refund, email us at admin@starphones.com.au

Exchanges:

We only give new items if they’re faulty or damaged. If you want a new one, email us at admin@starphones.com.au. Send the defective item back to: Unit 20, 9 Hudson Ave, Castle Hill, NSW, 2154, Australia. You have to pay to send it back, and we can’t refund the shipping cost. If you get a refund, we’ll take off the money it cost to send it back. How long it takes to get the new item can change depending on where you are. It’s a good idea to use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance. We can’t promise we’ll get your returned item.

Wrong Order Policy:

If you ordered the wrong thing, tell us before we send it. If we already sent it, you can’t get your money back, you can change it as long as you didn’t open or use it. Send it back to: Unit 20, 9 Hudson Ave, Castle Hill, NSW, 2154, Australia.

Got the Wrong Order:

If you got something different than what you ordered, tell us and we’ll fix it. Before you call us, check the paper in your package to see if it’s right. Don’t use the item if it’s wrong. You’ll need your order number and details from when you bought it so we can help. You can find this in the email we sent you after you bought it.

Returning Faulty Items:

You have to pay to send it back, and we can’t refund the shipping cost. If you get a refund, we’ll take off the money it cost to send it back.

  • Damage either accidental or otherwise
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
  • Consequential damage
